Monthly rent payments are due on the first of the month unless otherwise specified in your lease. All rent payments will be processed through Apartments.com. Please navigate to your tenant portal to set up your payment method.
We are happy you are continuing to choose Milton Legacy Properties for your rental home. All lease renewal requests should be made at lease 30 days prior to your lease expiration date. Please reach out to Info@miltonlegacyproperties.com for any specific questions.
Unless otherwise specified, utility payments will be paid directly to the individual utility companies after you set up your service. If you have issues with utilities or payments please call the utility companies customer service number.
